Please complete the booking form below and return with payment enclosed to Caroline Walton no later than 27 September 2002. To save money, tickets will not be issued but your booking will be confirmed by phone/e-mail.

Would you like to host a table?

To facilitate bookings (not to mention table-planning!) it would be most helpful if the majority of tables could be ‘hosted’ by an individual or couple. If you would be prepared to host a table, please complete the form as applicable and send a cheque to cover 8-10 places.  It is then your responsibility to collect payments from your guests direct.  You may post-date your cheque to 27 September 2002 to help your cash-flow.

You may of course book individual tickets, in which case you will not be able to ‘choose’ your table – so please prepare to be flexible and accommodating!

Need a room for the night?

Accommodation at Ramada Jarvis Hotel is available at £42.50 per person per night based on 2 people sharing.  The price includes bed and breakfast as well as unlimited use of the hotel’s leisure facilities (pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, gym).  Those wishing to book accommodation should do so by calling the hotel on 01252 782345, quoting ref. No. 534/Brook CC.  Hotel guests will be responsible for settling room, associated drinks and service charges with the hotel before departure.

Fund-raising activities

The dinner dance acts as a fun end to the cricket season, celebrating members’ multifarious triumphs and contributions – it is also of course our main fund-raising event of the year.  So please come prepared with cheque books and/or your piggy-bank contents to support the various fun activities available on the night!

WORK PARTY REQUEST
