Minutes of the previous meeting read by Secretary and signed by the President.
Election of Officers:
Captain: L. H. Wood proposed by R. Hardy, seconded by D.T. Barnes said that he would not stand this year reluctantly.
C. Terry proposed by L.H.Wood, seconded by A.K. Wood. Carried unanimously.
Vice Captain: D.T. Barnes proposed by L. H. Wood, seconded by R.Hardy. Carried unanimously.
Secretary: H. T. Gauntlett, proposed by D.T. Barnes, seconded by R. Scott. Carroed unanimously.
Treasurer: W. M. E. White proposed by W. Webb; seconded by R. Scott. Carried unanimously.
Ex-officio Committee: A.K. Wood and D. M. T. Gauntlett re-elected; L.H.Wood, proposed by H. T. Gauntlett, seconded by R. Scott, elected.
Match Managers:
W.M.E.White: St.John's, Leatherhead
F. T. Gauntlett: Liphook, Knotty Green
L. H. Wood: Hampshire Police (2 matches)
D. M. T. Gauntlett: Mid-Surrey, Middleton
A. P. Hodges: RNVR, North Riding Nomads

A. K. Wood: University of Surrey
Nets: These were again reported by the Treasurer to have been successful, with about 10 attending weekly over the winter.
Brook CC Cricket Week: D. M. T. Gauntlett proposed; seconded by H. T. Gauntlett that the fixtures appear on the Ramblers' fixture card.
Surrey University Ground: It was agreed that no further action would be taken.
Woolmer Hill: It was proposed L. H. Wood; seconded H. T. Gauntlett that a suitable some of money be presented to Albert Wood and Derek Green, the W.H. groundsmen.
AGM: The hope was expressed that next year the Meeting would be held at the end of February.
Treasurer's Report: For the first time for some time, the Club was in profit to the tune of £60 - if all debtors pay up!
Club Ties: The President has ordered a further 1 dozen from Castells.
Sweaters: Treasurer proposed; seconded by A. K. Wood that a further half dozen long and half dozen short sleeved sweaters be ordered.
Subscriptions: Treasurer proposed there should be no increase this year.
Insurance: The Treasurer raised the question of insurance. It appeared from general discussion the the Club was not adequately covered - either public liability or third party. The Secretary proposed; seconded D. M. T. Gauntlett that the Treasurer, with M.J. Bacon, be asked to look into the question and arrange suitable cover for the Club anywhere it plays - if not too expensive.
